My parcel arrived by Dpd late on a very wet afternoon. Dpd are notoriously bad in our area and instead of driving down our drive and delivering to our house they dumped the parcel over a fence and into a farmers’s field at the roadside of our property. By the time I discovered their confirmation of delivery emai and ascertained where they had dumped the delivery, the parcel and its contents were ringing soaking wet and the box disintegrated when picked up. Twice I rang Nearly Naked veg and left a message on the answerphone explaining the problem and leaving my number, but never received the courtesy of a reply. I can only conclude that Nearly Naked Veg are only interested in obtaining an order but not in after sales service- what a shame.
