When placing my order the images shown was not what I received, I understand violas are seasonal however when they arrive it was only 2 colours and nothing like the images they provide on the website. I emailed customer service to explain and they replied with what seemed like they didn’t care
Friendly staff when you experience problems with delivery, not so DPD who delivered to the wrong number & wouldn't correct unless the complaint came from me( I'm housebound at the moment).DPD is not the easiest firm to contact, their e-mail address appears to be in Zambia or Zaire. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me after week.A good neighbour corrected the error.
