Visited the Krispy Kreme store at Lakeside shopping centre. My little daughter was asking for her pink doughnut i promised her while we were shopping. Once I took my phone out to make a payment my screen started to play funny and went blank within seconds. My phone screan was just broken. The store didnt accept cash payment and I wasnt able yo pay hor my iteam. I was telling my very 😞 disappointed little girl that we will come back later on to get it. The young man named Ronald ( I think he mentioned he doesn't usually work at Lakeside store) was so nice to us. He offered free of charge doughnut for my daughter. He really made us day at this time. He was so polite, friendly but very very professional at the same time.
He is a big benefit to your company and truly deserves a reward. I wanted to send a feedback same day but was travelling the next day and was extremely busy. I wish I could send a message to his manager just to say how helpful and great he was that day. Hopefully this will go to him.

I made an order online for the collection of an assorted 24 pack of donuts. These were to be collected from kiosk K1 in reading oracle shopping centre for between 9.30am and 12.30 pm today (26/02/2026) The order was placed on the 24th and I received a confirmation email the same day and a reminder email yesterday 25th. Despite this when I went to collect my order within the alloted time slot there was no order ready, and no record of my order at the kiosk. The team member there was absolutely lovely and so apologetic. There was poor Internet connection at the site so she was unable to even log on to confirm my order, and she called the other store in the oracle to see if it had gone there. It had not. I found this very disappointing as it is my daughter's birthday, which is what the donuts were purchased for instead of a cake, at her request. A £32 order that wasn't even sent to the store even though it had been paid for and confirmed, also the blueberry bubble donuts that are supposed to be in the assortment, they are listed in the flavours included,have not been sold in over 8 months I was told. This was my first time ordering so it was pretty disappointing to say the least

I had to contact Krispy Kreme regarding an unfortunate incident that happened in the Tesco car park, and I was genuinely impressed with how professionally my complaint was handled.

The team took the matter seriously, communicated clearly, and resolved the issue quickly, including reimbursing the costs I had incurred. What could have remained a very frustrating experience was turned into a positive one thanks to their fair and respectful approach.

It’s reassuring to see a company that truly listens to customers and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. Excellent customer service and a very professional response throughout the entire process.

If I could give 0 stars, I would; my order never arrived and wasn’t even dispatched. I emailed with no response. When I called, I was simply told they don’t know what happened. I can get a refund, but it will take 5 to 10 days.
