Late Delivery and Uninstallable Service

Delivery was delayed by a week, and when I finally heard from them, I was given a single time slot with no options. I paid for the white glove service, but only one person showed up and claimed they couldn't install it. Now, I'm fighting for a refund. I would not recommend this company.

Regrettable Experience with Delivery

I should have checked reviews before ordering. My experience was dreadful. Part of my order was misdelivered, and I had to spend hours on the phone to resolve it. When the mattress finally arrived, it was in poor condition, and I refused delivery. I requested a refund, but it was a hassle, and I was charged a fee for no clear reason.

Disappointing Adjustable Bed Frame Purchase

I made the mistake of purchasing an adjustable bed frame, which has been a terrible investment. Despite spending over a thousand dollars, the frame only has a massage feature on one side, and the motor is excessively loud. When I reached out for support, I was told it was too late to return it, and I felt completely ripped off. The customer service was also lacking, with communication barriers making it even more frustrating. I regret this purchase.

Misleading “Forever Warranty” – Poor Quality and No Real Support

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Nectar and their so-called “Forever Warranty.” I’ve had my mattress for about 5 years, and it started giving me problems just a couple of years in — developing a deep dip that has only gotten worse over time. That sagging caused serious back pain and made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep.When I finally reached out for warranty support, I expected a smooth, helpful process. Instead, it became a frustrating loop of requests for more photos and proof. In trying to lift and position the mattress for their pictures, I actually aggravated my back injury. Even after explaining my situation, they kept asking for more documentation instead of offering a quick resolution.With my back in worse shape and no real progress, I couldn’t wait around any longer for them to “decide” what to do. I’m now replacing the mattress out of my own pocket — something I never thought I’d have to do with a brand that advertises a Forever Warranty.

We had the absolute best experience here! They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's a rare thing when you find people who actually like what they do.The product (mattress)is amazing and has improved both my wife and my quality of sleep. I don’t want to get out of bed, but I am glad I sleep on a quality mattress!

Poor quality mattresses and furniture

Poor quality mattresses. They are disposable mattresses and not made with quality materials. The furniture is the same and misrepresented on the website. If you buy something and have to return it, it is a NIGHTMARE. I did a return on the Mira bed and night stands and it took Fed Ex weeks to come and pick up because Nectar did not input the return properly. I had to call in 5 times to fix this one simple issue - waiting on phone 45-60 minutes each time to resolve this simple issue. Waiting for a supervisor each time, inputting the return, being promised FedEx would pick up and FedEx never showing up. Disgusting experience. Never again!
