I am 73 with arthritis. Although I am short, I had massive difficulty getting out of bed. The edges sink down to the level of the bed frame and would sink lower except for the fact of you actually sitting on the frame! There is no support on the edges so if you have difficulty crawling out and up from sinking mattress stay away from Nectar. When I called the service rep, she said she would send me a 2" mattress topper that would solve this problem. Today I had to call 911 because the mattress topper had slipped during the night and when I tried to sit up, the mattress sunk to the bed frame and the mattress topper slipped off the side taking me with it and I couldn't get off the floor. This may or may not be an issue with all memory foam/hybrid mattresses, but I'm going back to a supportive innerspring!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Our mattress never fully inflated. Sent multiple photos, specifically the ones they asked for along with videos. Nectar Mattress company does not possess the technology to see videos sent from an iPhone. Not long videos either. Under 1 minute. I sent photos of the dips in the mattress but we don't have a tape measure because the bed is the only thing in our new house. They denied our request for a replacement. CLEAR dips shown in the bed with multiple pictures as well. Absolutely trash company. You get what you pay for. Buy a Casper or a Purple. We've owned both with zero problems.

Extremely disappointing experience with mattress order.

I ordered a mattress that was listed as in stock. After 30 days, it still hadn't shipped. When I called, I was told that it was actually out of stock and there would be no restock. They showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. I've never left a negative review before, but this has been the worst customer experience. I strongly suggest buying a mattress from another seller to avoid these issues.

EXTREMELY UNSATISFACTORY service regarding mattress delivery.

EXTREMELY UNSATISFACTORY service concerning the delivery of my mattress. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't received it. The company blames the third-party shipping service, but that service claims they never received the mattress. This is a very INEPT situation, and it makes me question the quality of their product.

I placed my mattress order well in advance on November 11th, but the delivery has been a nightmare. The mattress never arrived, and I had to initiate a trace investigation myself due to the lack of updates from the company. Although they eventually found it, the delivery was mishandled, and I received no notifications. When I called back to update the shipping address, I was told it would arrive in six days, but that timeline changed to nine. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. I'm currently stuck sleeping on an air mattress due to this company's failures. I recommend looking elsewhere.

My experience with this company has been dreadful. It started poorly when placing the order, and the service team seemed poorly trained. The white glove delivery was a disaster; they arrived with missing parts and left a mess in my home. Customer service, which they call 'Sleep Specialists', was unhelpful and lacked proper training. They offered to reship the missing items but failed to address the issues adequately. After much frustration, I had to hire a contractor to fix the problems they caused. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience.

Frustrating Experience with Mattress Company

I’m at my wit's end with this mattress company. After returning the first mattress due to false promises, the replacement was uncomfortable and unusable. I had to send back the adjustable mattress, and the replacement was not what I expected. Now I'm stuck with an awful mattress while waiting for the original to be available. The lack of support has been disheartening, and I'm seriously considering switching to another company.
