I spent $2975 per month for 6 months and didn't see measurable results. Their team has meetings with you and delivers great presentations but they couldn't get me to rank even top 20. Its a waste of money that can ruin a small business. I wouldn't recommend it at all.As an update, I emailed the email in the reply and the message came back as blocked undeliverable.
Mark Elkington is incredible! He has made starting a partnership with Neil Patel an absolute no-brainer despite my many fears and hesitations with agencies in general based on unfavorable past experiences. Best sales experience ever, and I've had many. Give him a raise!!!
I gladly recommend Neil Patel. We partnered with the company on search engine optimization (SEO) and email campaigns and workflows. We also employed Neil Patel to provide blog content. They conducted a competitor analysis, identified keywords and recommended online optimizations that were “low hanging” fruit, designed to improve our rankings over time. I appreciate their organic approach. They do not push advertising. Instead, Neil Patel encourages sound growth that, while it takes time, promises to be more long-lasting. We have not been able to measure the effectiveness of the email campaigns and workflows because of a small sample size. The blog content was based on keywords and appears to be of interest to our target audiences. In summary, Neil Patel is focused on results and data-driven approaches.
Unfortunately my experience doesn’t match what I expected or what I was told by them. Because of the name I signed up to SEO which has been good but then I added paid ads which was a terrible mistake. Very poor results and I was stuck in a contract with them so couldn’t cancel earlier.. a waste of money! They say they care about small businesses but unfortunately I can’t say that my experience reflected that when it comes to paid ads. SEO was good and I had a great manager. I wouldn’t recommend their paid ads services at all. I cancelled it and I’m cancelling SEO as well because I lost the confidence in the agency. This review is for paid ads only
My experience with Patel's agency has been distressingly poor and utterly disappointing. Promised expertise in digital marketing proved hollow as their approach systematically degraded my business's performance. Excessive and unproductive meetings failed to mask their incompetence, with my paid campaigns suffering severe mismanagement, leading to a substantial loss of faith on my part. Despite my pleas, they rigidly enforced the contract, further crippling my business with increased costs and scant leads. Even their purported SEO prowess turned out to be a farce, as a year's engagement resulted in negligible non-branded traffic and a lack of competitive ranking. With substantial financial investment yielding no tangible returns, their service can only be characterized as predatory and profoundly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against entrusting your business to this agency.
I like how organized and diligent the team is. Communication is great. Great reporting and evident improvements and results.The only hiccups have been with the CRO tests and Google Optimize because repeatedly we saw pages look out of sorts and did not get our approval.
Honestly, the service that it provides is great. Amazing for SEO tracking. However, the billing system is a scam. No pro-rata, pay halfway through the month and then pay again on the 1st. I understand that some places have this system but in 2023 you expect a more robust system. Worst of all when you talk to support they're more than happy to cancel your account than actually refund you for the days you didn't have access to.
