Stussy Brazil top arrived dead on time, and looks great and feels an amazing quality. A very happy son on his birthday. I was worried after reading some of the reviews but very chuffed.

Obvious poor copy

Obvious poor copy. I brought Retro Liverpool fc 96/97 home shirt Beardsley 6 on back. Badges,candy logos feel very hard and will snap when wearing shirt,adidas 3 stripe on shoulder are grey coloured not white and there's a wave in the line. No returns label,receipt ,return address on delivery label says undeliverable.Customer service is 0% non existent. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.Eventually replied saying cos I've personalised shirt I can't return it .

Read reviews,however it looks like we were lucky.

I was worried for my daughter,as her order didn't arrive for 2 weeks, with no update,and no communication on the phone or email. However, it arrived eventually and the quality is absolutely fine.

Same issues as most other reviews.Website claims shipping within U.K but comes from China and not within given shipping times. When shirt finally arrived quality is poor and customer service is non exisistent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for an Inter Miami KITAfter almost 2 weeks the kit arrived. However, it was missing the socks.I contacted “customer service” but received no reply. I sent further emails and eventually received an unprofessional email telling me that socks don’t come with the kit. Despite socks obviously being part of a kit and the picture accompanying the product included socks. However, further efforts to contact “customer service” resulted in being ignored once again.My next step is to report Neniy to Citizens Advice under Trades Description Act. Needless to say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a replica shirt for our…

Ordered a replica shirt for our grandson. The item arrived promptly but the badge peeled off after one wash.There was a quick response to my first email contact requesting additional information. I provided this and a photograph. Nothing since despite 2 follow up emails. Attempts to contact them by phone impossible. This is an untrustworthy company whose attitude to customer service is disdain.
