23 days and no shirt Chinese company

My son sent me a link for a shirt he wanted for Xmas but I stupidly didn’t check on trust pilot first. Bad mistake. It’s been 23 days since I ordered and no shirt has been dispatched. The website states 6 days for delivery and they are a UK company but the tracking says it’s coming from China. I sent an email requesting a cancellation and refund 2 weeks ago but received no response at all from the company . I will now try to recover my money through a dispute with the bank. Avoid at all cost!

Clearly fake product. Not advertised as such

Unfortunately, I should have checked reviews before buying an ‘official football kit’ from this site It’s clearly a fake kit, and it’s shipped from China despite the company being registered in the UK and operating in the UK. The kit took 16 days to arrive and there are no socks. Avoid.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE Have ordered an England shirt (4 weeks ago) for my granddaughter…. When you go onto their website to track it … no trace of order according to them ….. even when u email them they do not reply (sent 3 emails now ) … the phone number on their website does not exist … it’s my fault as I should have read the reviews beforehand

Scam company selling fakes!

The item received was not a genuine football shirt, despite being advertised as such. It also took over 2 weeks to arrive!I attempted to contact customer service over 3 times with no response.The telephone contact number does not work. The whole website/company is obviously a scam!!

Still came !!

I can't give it a 5* because when ordering it, it doesn't indicate a delivery time, please make sure you understand that it will take 2weeks at least to come. I didn't realise that until I read the email. But it came and my son is happy with it !!!
