AVOID!!!! Rubbish

AVOID!!!!! Absolutely dreadful. Name peeled off after first wash. No way of contacting response via email. Rubbish company. Very upset grandchild. Complete waste of money!!!

Poor return policy and very poor communication

Very poor and lack of communication following recent purchase. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Niney to return a shirt I purchased. The sizes are also not to European standards as a Medium is really an extra small/small. I have emailed Niney on 19th July and a sent a follow up on 26th July. I have also tried to contact the phone number provided on the website without any joy. +44 7822 031224The whole experience is very poor. And I feel like I have been ripped off as I not able to get my money back.

I ordered an item from this store, but unfortunately, the size wasn’t suitable. When I reached out to request a return, I was told they don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues — only for damaged or incorrect items. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since the purchase was made online.I reminded them of my legal right to return items under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allow customers to return online purchases within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Despite this, I received no further response and have been completely ignored since.It’s unacceptable for an online retailer not to honour basic consumer rights, and the lack of customer service only adds to the frustration. I would advise caution if you’re thinking of buying from them — especially if you’re unsure about sizing, as you may end up stuck with something you can’t use.

Absolutely shocking where is the…

Absolutely shocking where is the customer satisfaction and rights. I ordered the Manchester United treble winning top and it’s the wrong size and Because I got Beckham #7 on the back they can’t return it. So unprofessional and a joke of a service £40 down the drain.

Ordered a Brazil 24/25 home kit two weeks ago.Had good communication throughout.I was notified when the order was processed. I checked the tracking from China to UK.Knew it would arrive in the next couple of days and it did.Lovely strip which my grandson will love. Thankyou Neniy

Wouldn’t even give it a one star if I’m honest the company is an absolute joke no contact number available when emailing you don’t get replies I want a refund for items which haven’t turned up and they are still not replying to emails it’s a scam of a company that takes peoples money but doesn’t send out the items or lie to you

Ordered a boys England football kit then realised it was shipped from China so took longer to come than expected. Once finally arrived no socks were packed in with the package. Have sent 2 emails with zero response tried to call with number provided on their website but unable to connect? Very bad service do not recommend at all !

Pay a bit extra and use a UK manufacturer

For her birthday, I bought my goddaughter a football kit with Toone 10 on the back. After I bought the kit, I realised that Neniy is in China, so it took ages for it to arrive. Then when it arrived it did not have Toone 10 on the back so now I've got buy another one to avoid disappointment.
