The products I ordered look nice and their customer support is very friendly. I accidently ordered the wrong sizes and they made it easy for me to return the package to then get the clothing I ordered in a difference size. Would recommend highly.
Returned a hoodie and tshirt over 2 months ago and despite confirmed delivery and multiple attempts to get in touch with customer service they have failed to refund my money. Customer Service have not responded to any of my emails asking where my refund is. I have now raised a dispute over the refund with Barclaycard over the failed refund.Items themselves seemed okay quality however the larger sizes are extremely small. 5XL is more like 1XL if that so be careful of this.
Item was delayed due to a change over of systems. I was notified to be fair after about 2 weeks and was told the order would be sent out immediately. The delivery time after this was very slow and once it did arrive, it was the wrong size! Will not be using again!
This hoodie is so comfortable to wear and as usual the print is of outstanding design. When I wear it I can feel the spirit of classic cyberpunk anime of the 80's & 90's which is why Neomachi is my favourite clothing brand, they're second to none.
Designs are great, in fact they are amazing.But the service and t-shirts are hot garbage. Takes much longer than expected to arrive (to UK). The t-shirts themselves are medium quality at best and they look faded after about 5 washes.I really want this brand to be great, but they just aren't.
