The hoodies are so incredibly soft and comfortable and have a high quality. And they look so great so now I'm the coolest person in the grocery store. I accidentally ordered one of them in the wrong size because the website selects XS by default. But the customer support was extremely helpful with guiding me through the swap process. The whole interaction was just so positive. I had also made a suggestion on how to improve the website to avoid wrong size orders and they reacted super well to that, so this will probably be less of a problem in the future. They do their absolute best.
Had to wait quite a while. When it came in though I was impressed by the quality and detail of the print. The rest of the hoodie is fairly basic, but not bad, everything is of a decent quality. The design on it though is fantastic and even after a couple of months has shown zero signs of fading or degrading. My students went wild when I first wore it to class and turned to write on the board, showing the design on the back. They're not the cheapest, but I think overall the price is fair, though they have recently been increased. Just put in the order for a couple of their t-shirts, curious to see if they'll hold up as well overtime.
Despite the fact the parcel arrived 1 and half month later due to the fault of the DHL driver, though the label was correctly addressed, the driver is setting its own standards and sent it back. The customer service of Neomach was friendly and helped me a lot in this matter. Thank You sooo much, every time again, the clothing is awesome!!<3
ive been wanting the onmyo zipped hoodie for ages and i finally got the chance to buy it. the moment i put it on, it was my new favorite. the fabric is super soft, fairly thin but still warm, the sleeves are longer than on other (non neomachi) garments, but i prefer and love this, and the print is absolutely amazing. its so clear, so beautiful, the colors pop right into your face. ive washed the hoodie a couple times now and the print is still intact, whereas im used to prints cracking at least a bit after the first few washes. i adore this thing. i will be back for more.service wise i dont really have a lot of comments. delivery was a tad slow for what im used to. it took 1.5 week for the hoodie to arrive, which is perfectly within the shipping window they gave, so i wasnt worried. and the wait was worth it for the quality delivered.
I bought a Otori Hoodie because I love the design and the style. The code made it cheaper so that's when I decided to actually buy. The hoodie is really comfy and looks fantastic. A few people even asked me where I got it from.I bought one size bigger so that it's rather a comfortable fit. (I'm 1,98m and normaly wear a XXL)The only complaint is that this brand is pretty expensive, but I kinda get it because of the actual environmental friendliness and if you use a discount code it's really worth it!
