There really is not enough initial support. Neon is so robust and complex, it is tough to wrap your head around how to utilize it and 100% we are doing several things "the hard way" because there is not that much direction built into the processes.
Good-seems reliable and my org likes the weekly pay option. The help desk is outstanding and the tat for responses is lightning fast and always helpfulBad-Too complicated for a small NPO. They require specific setup on our end for domains and email which have caused some issues for us.
I do not like the new format for entering donations. What was the matter with the old one? I would really like to have a choice and keep using the old format. People whom I've trained on the old format are going to have a difficult time with this new one.
We have been using Neon One for over a year and can't say enough positive things about this platform AND the teams that support it. Fantastic web-building interface. Response was very quick and my questions were addressed. I had another related followup question which was addressed quickly as well. With the advice given, I was able to complete the setup of the constituent account and configuration of the timesheet.
