The stuffing machine swallowed 50 sheets in tray one. The helpdesk chap called Don solved the problem. He used common sense - while waiting for the engineer, use Tray 2. Simple and brilliant idea! Knows his job and should be rewarded
Absolutely horrible! Will never work with them again. Needed to break contract, would not tell me price of penalty or cancellation or what this would be until all cancellation emails "were in place"! Needed to "set it all in motion" first? Asked previously to update address due to moving business. They never took care of, so we never got up to date bills from them, but when we finally did, they were loaded down with past due and late charges on bill! Somehow it was still our fault that they did not update! Even though bill was never received due to moving. 100% unworkable to deal with - condescending and arrogant attitudes. Can wait for my lease to be done with! Never, ever again will I be stuck in a contract with this company! Horrible!
