A Great Addition to Our Diet

My husband and I have been following the Fast 800 diet for several years. When I came across the advertisement for the apple-flavored inulin, I decided to give it a try since I had previously used inulin powder. I really enjoy it; on some days, I have it for breakfast, especially when I know I won’t be consuming much fiber. The shakes serve as excellent meal replacements during the hot summer months. When it's 40°C, the last thing you want is a heavy meal; instead, something refreshing and hydrating is perfect, plus I’m still getting my protein.

Packed with protein and fiber

These protein shakes are convenient and flavorful, especially during this busy season. This morning, I mixed the vanilla flavor with soy milk and raspberries. It was incredibly delicious—over 30 g of protein and around 8 g of fiber. I couldn't finish it, so I saved some in the freezer, which will be like a healthy ice cream.

The Mediterranean Diet is comprehensive. It provides research on food groups, bodily needs, stress impact, exercise, and sleep. It also offers tools for success—recipes, shopping lists, muscle-building exercises, and mindfulness sessions for overall well-being. Additionally, it connects you with a supportive community. Did I mention the results? I'm on week 9 of 12 and have lost 16 lbs, 2 inches off my waist, sleeping well, and my blood pressure is normal. I'm just 2 lbs away from a healthy BMI. I won't need to pay after 12 weeks since I have all the tools to continue healthy eating and the right mindset.
