Extremely frustrating experience! The service has a limit on customer entries, allowing only 50 without incurring extra fees. We’ve been waiting for two months for the company to raise our limit, but the representative informed us the approval process can take months, which is quite unreasonable. We will not be renewing our contract and plan to switch providers at the first opportunity.
Terrible experience! The service has a customer limit where you can only enter up to 50 customers, and that's it. If you want to add more than 50, there's an extra charge. We've been waiting for two months for the company to increase our limit. The representative mentioned that the approval can take months, which is absurd. We will not be renewing our contract and will switch as soon as possible.
Disappointing service, poorly designed website, and quick to impose fees. They just revamped their site, and I can't even locate the bill I need to pay. Customer service wait time is... get this... 149 minutes! Sadly, our contract still has a couple of years remaining, but I am already submitting our non-renewal. Best of luck!
My experience with this service has been deeply unsatisfactory. I received one set of terms from their phone representatives, only to find that the written documents showed entirely different terms. It seemed like sections of the agreement were altered without proper authorization, raising serious ethical concerns. When I inquired about the inconsistencies, I was told that I would need to resolve any disputes in a foreign court under arbitration. This is misleading, as any agreement involving potential fraud renders arbitration clauses unenforceable under U.S. law. Their conduct reflects deceptive business practices; they say one thing verbally and change the paperwork later. I advise anyone considering this service to document all interactions and read agreements carefully.
On the phone with customer service. Unable to get assistance after being a long-time client of 8 years. They are refusing to exchange a cartridge that was ordered incorrectly because they forced me to change machines, and I didn't realize the new one required a different cartridge. My fault, but they refuse to help. Now on the phone with a supervisor who is unwilling to waive the delivery charge. He's offering me the cartridge at half price. Unbelievable! $100 later, plus delivery. NOT a good deal.
Highly dishonest company. They sent me a quote and contract stating my monthly fee would be $34.99 plus taxes. My invoices are for $43.08 plus taxes. They added an unauthorized charge for 'insurance' on their machine. They refuse to remove it and are very stubborn about it. They also pressured me to sign a new contract by claiming my old machine was being decommissioned. Please, do NOT engage with them. Someone should file a class action lawsuit against this company. They are deceitful and untrustworthy. They do not respond to multiple emails and make promises they do not keep. The worst business ever. Stay far away from these scammers. They misrepresented a rental agreement as a lease. They are blatant liars.
This service operates Parcel Pending, a questionable parcel receiver that dominates package reception in many properties across the U.S. In many locations using their service, it's the only option to avoid leaving packages unsecured. I wouldn’t mind using a service like this if they had clear policies, an easy way to contact customer support, and didn't charge excessive late fees even when their system fails. The last time this happened, I called their displayed number to report the issue, but ended up in an endless loop of automated responses and got disconnected. I tried multiple times without success, and their system offered no way to report the outage. This seems typical of shady companies. Also, they don’t provide a clear method to cancel a membership anywhere on their member portal, which is a significant red flag. Property managers are doing a disservice to tenants by contracting with this company. I felt it necessary to leave a review to warn others.
