Today, a white can was parked outside of my home, and a representative approached me and said they are installing underground network cables, and I should give them my phone number to report any losses of power, or internet access. Afterwards I thought about why its silly that the power would be cut, and got a SMS message instead saying they plan to set me up with internet. After reading other reviews I feel so stupid for giving my mobile phone number away.
You've got to be kidding. A man rings my doorbell, speaking French but with a distinct Irish accent who looks like he's been sleeping on the streets. Seriously Netomnia? If I was marketing a new company I'd at least look like the company could afford for our salesmen to have decent clothes. Your leaflet depicts nearly 5 stars which is false advertising. Get a grip and don't ring my door bell again. Oh, by the way, for those who said they were being pestered on several occasions, note that: The law states that a trader who ignores a resident's request to leave and not return commits a criminal offence under the provisions of The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
An amazing installation engineer named Jak came and installed our YouFibre broadband and was brilliant in every way from start to finish. He was very passionate about his work and his customer service. He was respectful, friendly, he made sure everything was alright by me before doing something, and an all-round perfect individual you'd want to have as your installation engineer. Honestly he went above and beyond what I was expecting. Haven't had a single problem with the broadband since he came out to install it. Very happy with Netomnia and would highly recommend
Jak came out to install youfibre today he went above and beyond making sure everything was right. Very professional and put me at ease. There was an issue with my install which was rectified within hours and I still got my Internet on the same day. Very happy with this company
This company installs the fibre cables for YouFibre. On the 13th November they installed a cable to my house knocking my satellite dish in the process. It has now been 3 weeks and they still haven’t fixed it. Emails are ignored and forget trying to get through on the phone. I was told an engineer would come Monday 1st December but no one came. Both these companies are a joke and I will never recommend them no matter how much money they offer.
Was out throwing some leaflets when I came across the netomnia card and it reminded me of the two lads Lewis and a tall black guy who came by my mams place few week ago. At first I was a bit sceptical about these cold callers but honestly we ended up having a proper laugh and a great chat. Big respect to these boys it’s not easy doing what they do and they handled it like pros. I told them I wouldn’t be switching to their wifi but I genuinely enjoyed their company. I wish the best for these lads.
Had a Lad called Jak out last week to install our YouFibre broadband, honestly what a top lad nothing was a bother he went above an beyond, even routing cables where I requested it and talked me through installation and took time at the end to talk me through any questions I had. Informed me of the correct frequency to set my console up to the lot, clean and tidy worker an great example to your company.
