Review Time
I purchased Pinetarsol product from NetPharmacyNZ in July. It was an international order so I knew it would take a while. In August I received a track & trace telling me it had departed country of origin and arrived in my country. After that I heard nothing. I sent an email at the after a couple of weeks saying the track and trace hadn't been updated and the product hadn't arrive. I didn't receive any reply but got an update on the track and trace at 9:01 to say the product had been delivered at 9:45 (45 mins into the future). Needless to say at 9:45 the package didn't arrive, nor has it since. I emailed Netpharmacy about it and got an email back saying it had been attempted to be delivered and but hadn't and that it had been come back to them in NZ. I explained we have been in lockdown since March 2020 so have been home everyday working remotely so there was always someone at the house. Also, we are buying completely online as a result and all the courier services deliver regularly so it couldn't be correct. I didn't receive any reply. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but the company will not respond. I wouldn't buy again from them as they are not trust worthy in my opinion.
