Review Time
I’ve been working with NetRevenue for a while now, and honestly, the experience has been top-tier.From systems and structure to leadership and standards, everything is run at a very high level. The team actually cares about performance, transparency, and doing things the right way - which is rare in this space. What really stands out is the culture. You’re surrounded by people who are sharp, motivated, and focused on results. There’s clear communication, strong support, and real accountability, which makes it easy to perform at a high level. If you’re looking to work with a company that values professionalism, growth, and long-term success - NetRevenue is the real deal.
I am writing this carefully since my first review prompted the threat of legal action by the CEO of Netrevenue. We invested nearly a year with NR from April 2024 to Feb 2025. Never hit contracted KPI. Do not recommend. UPDATE to NR response: Ambro - Take as many shots at me on and off Trust Pilot as you like. The facts stand on their own. 1. Our business was not failing when we engaged Netrevenue to scale. We were failing to scale via inside sales. So we hired you to provide this service. We had a need. I hired you to achieve agreed-to outcome. That’s called being in business. It’s hilarious that you think that is some sort of deficiency in my character. 2. After reviewing our offer, marketing etc, you personally established a minimum KPI of $150,000 per month in cash collected after month three. Based on our prior metrics, it was more than doable with a professional, outside sales organization. This benchmark is clearly stated in our contract. Over the course of ten months, that KPI was not achieved a single time. This is not a judgment or opinion — it is the measurable outcome of the time as your client backed by the data you posted below.3. After I posted a two-star review and received threats of legal action, you texted me your internal dashboard showing total cash collected of $710,986 (before your fees and ad spend). The data you sent me confirms an average of $71,098 per month over a 10 month period—less than half of the agreed $150,000 minimum cash collected KPI. 4. During our time as your client, NR continued to measure the wrong things. Bragging about 31% closed on calls taken doesn't matter if there aren't enough calls to produce the required revenue to hit profitability. In my opinion, we were short staffed for months. I brought it to your attention. I was ignored. The numbers tell the story.5. I posted a negative review. That is the entirety of my action. After ten months, the engagement was unprofitable, consuming a tremendous amount of my time, my team's time and our capital. In my opinion, your ongoing refusal to acknowledge KPIs that matter or staff our offer appropriately to meet your established benchmarks negatively impacted our family business.Lastly, to be clear, our engagement didn't "fall short of what we expected" - it fell short of what you were contracted to accomplish. No apology needed. I would have simply preferred the results we hired NR produce.
First off I have been with the company for about 6 months. All I can say is this is the next level of sales environment. They have the training, culture, and growth necessary to set the standard for online sales. If you are looking to level up in your sales career I would advise you to get in touch with the team. It would be the first step towards a meaningful sales career where you can grow.
At least 6 separate occasions attempts to censor me have been ongoing. This guy is trying to censor any negativity and pretend I am going away. I will not go away. I will defend the existence of my opinion with my life if I have to. Tooth and nail. I know I am right in what I say. had the opportunity to interview with Ambro Dipilato of Net Revenue, and while I appreciate the time and effort that the team dedicated to the hiring process, I must express my concerns regarding what I perceived as unfair hiring practices.Firstly, I noticed a lack of transparency throughout the recruitment process. Candidates were not provided with clear information about how decisions were made or what criteria were used to evaluate applicants. This left many of us feeling uncertain about our standing and the overall fairness of the selection process.Additionally, it seemed that certain candidates received preferential treatment based on connections rather than qualifications. While networking is an essential part of any job search, it should not overshadow merit-based evaluations. This practice can lead to a culture where talent is overlooked in favor of personal relationships, which ultimately harms both employee morale and company performance. Moreover, during my interactions with various team members, there was an evident disconnect between the values promoted by net revenue and their actual hiring practices. The company claims to prioritize meritocracy; however, this commitment did not seem to reflect in their candidate selection as a failure to give me a chance to showcase my abilities. It is crucial for organizations to align their hiring processes with their stated values to foster a truly professional environment. In conclusion, while I believe net revenue has potential as an employer, I hope they will take steps to address these issues in their hiring practices. Transparency, meritocracy, and genuine commitment to excellence are vital for building a strong and cohesive team.Video applications may not be suitable given the hiring person in charge can discriminate on physical grounds, leading to illegal discrimination. In my other jobs I have not needed to do this, so I can be judged on paper, this lending the opportunity to demonstrate my prowess rather than being shutdown before given a chance to start.May Dipilato ponder how his poor judgement and process may not align with British Law or British Values. Thankyou for your time.
This company has not only taught me exceptional sales, I have also gained so much confidence in myself and my work life. The training is absolutely incredible and the team culture is something I can't compare to anything else I've experienced. You gotta work hard and show up every single day but this is what makes us great. Grateful for Ambro & all of the directors for their leadership and guidance.
