US Customers beware! They are NOT based in the US. All their stuff ships from Sweden. They do NOT disclaim this on the website and charge you exorbitant shipping after you already paid for the order.

Weeks ago I ordered a rather rare computer case from them because they claim they had it in stock. Little disclaimer first...This is my third order with them. The first was absolutely disastrous and after they finally came through, they asked me to remove the review so I did. Second order went okay although very slowly and this one now is as scammy as they come. So bear with me here:

They list this case as "in stock" so me buys it. One week passes...nothing. I ask what's going on and get this here: "This computer PC case is coming from our external warehouse. Please expect the delivery this coming week." Guess what? Nothing comes...

Next week I ask again and this here comes. Please look how this is written!!!: "This thermaltake mostly comes from our EU warehouse. We have 5 warehouses in EU. Thermaltake comes from Lithuania. If not this week, surely this coming week we will complete the delivery. Due to several factors, these days we’re having delays in supply chain and deliveries. But don’t worry, we always delivery. You will get the email about the shipping charges by tomorrow hopefully."

At the beginning of this week I am getting this here: "It has arrived to our warehouse. Shipping today. Will send you tracking and shipping invoice in a while."

They did send me a tracking number. A rather worthless tracking number because the package was never dropped off or picked up. I emailed...and now silence.

I wait till Monday and then I will have to file TWO chargebacks because the case was $500 and almost $300 in shipping because THEY ARE NOT BASED IN THE US!!! THEY ARE BASED IN SWEDEN!!!

I attempted to purchase an espresso…

I attempted to purchase an espresso machine from this company. I was not able to get much information on their product description. I attempted to call the company but was unable to reach anyone. I was able to chat but it was a slow process. Before purchasing the item I confirmed with the person on chat the EAN number for the product. I was given the north american EAN and felt comfortable purchasing the item. Europe has a different EAN. In the confirmation email there was confusion, the header of the email described my item, but the footer of the email described a 220V AC unit. I attempted to call and get it fixed but was unable to reach anyone. I sent 2 different emails to 2 different email contacts never got a response. Sent a form letter from their contact us page and never got a response. Finally after waiting for about 30 minutes I got a response on the chat window. This person stated I was told it would be a 220V machine and I showed him why I was not told that and why I thought wasn't a 220V machine based on the EAN I was provided. He told me this is a european machine and that is why it is 220V, I told him according to the internet/AI the norther american EAN matches what he told me and it should be 110V that European model has a different EAN. Instead of straightening out the situation, he just offered me a full refund. I accepted this since it was the safest thing to do, but would have much rather had the machine I purchased for the price I purchased it for.

I first didn't receive any tracking…

I first didn't receive any tracking number or update when I bought a Teltonika FMC800 tracker, but after requesting it by email, they were quick to answer.Also they were very quick to help me with some issue I had with the Configurator.So I can say that the customer service is Excellent.

highly suspect NetworkDistri.com is a scam

after research, suspect NetworkDistri (hereafter 'ND') is a fraud / scam. i found them via a 'sponsored ad' on newegg.com. i'm looking for a rare PC case that almost no retailers have in stock. ND reports they have 40+ in stock.looked up their biz address in Cedar Hill Texas on google maps. nice corporate building, except there's no ND on the building directory. there's a cafe and a dermotology clinic there though.their site states they accept PayPal, but there's no PayPal option when it requests payment.also noted that all the one-liner 5-star reviews on trust pilot here are written all around the same day and by reviewers who've posted 1 review in their whole 'careers'.also noted that ND has zero social media presence. all snapping red flags. so i did not place an order. you are warned.

Unresponsive Merchant

My product was extensively damaged during shipping. I promptly requested a replacement and included photo documentation of the damage. That was over 3 months ago and I have yet to hear back from the vendor. Further, I processed a damage claim through the shipping company and completed all the paperwork on the vendor's behalf. The claim was processed successfully and the vendor was notified about it by the shipping company. Since the shipping agreement is technically between the shipper and the vendor, I am unable to receive the refund directly. The vendor was notified about this claim over 2 months ago and I have yet to hear from the vendor. They kept my money and I'm stuck with and product that was unusable. I will never use this vendor again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong graphics card and they had the one I wanted in stock and they were able to change my order and send me the one I actually wanted. They do ship from sweden but I got my order in just a week.

Not UK spec & no comeback

Bought a vac from them. Was charged an extra delivery charge (not disclosed at checkout) and when the vac arrived it was not uk spec. Useless! As it had a power takeoff socket also EU, I am completely unable to use the machine for its intended purpose.Despite claiming to be a UK company the machine was despatched from Sweden and shipping note described the machine as used.I contacted the company to discuss returning the machine and after exchanging a few messages they stopped answering completely.I’m now stuck with a £500 industrial vac I can’t use.AVOID THIS COMPANY
