My 10kg medicine ball was totally wrecked by DHL delivery, I think they tied it to the back of the truck and pulled it along the road ! Newitts customer service was outstanding, they replied very quickly to my email and sent out a new ball that day. The product itself is great quality and very competitive on price even with Amazon (which I don’t actually use, but always come up in the search engine) I would highly recommend using Newitts for all your sporting goods, a great company with great customer service.
I had a problem with a cricket bat bought for my son which broke and they dealt with the return efficiently and responded to emails really quickly. Newitts refunded me and even arranged for return of the broken bat from Gray Nicholls as we had got it signed by Sir Alastair Cook. They were so good we bought a replacement bat through them even though we found it cheaper elsewhere as we knew the customer service was so good.
I ordered the wrong size, I sent back the scrum caps and tags but Newitts wouldn’t offer me a return as I didn’t have the original box. There was no halfway house, good will gesture or discount offered if I ordered the right size. Poor show, it was a genuine mistake and how I have 2 large scrum caps for a 12 year old boy and still no scrum caps to keep him safe.
Fantastic customer support from Julie at Newitts. Julie went above and beyond my expectations to help me with answering my questions. Her help was very professional and was much appreciated.
