Cancelling the subscription online is not possible. When you select "Cancel and End Subscription," you end up on a page where the "Finish Cancellation" button is disabled. This seems to violate the Federal Trade Commission's "Click to Cancel Law," and I plan to report this issue to the FTC.

While the service is somewhat helpful, its indexing is severely flawed. You can’t trust the date on the site; you must check the top of the image for the actual date. I've encountered many such issues over the years. A disclaimer on their site would be beneficial, as I've noticed many users citing incorrect dates in their family trees. The accuracy and quality are disappointing, yet it's the only site with access to certain newspapers.
Why should I subscribe to a newspaper? What are the benefits? To receive a single outlet's biased political and social perspective? Keeping updated on current events is important, but the negative overload of news is overwhelming. The way major stories are covered, like the recent synagogue attack, feels excessive. Subscribing to a newspaper seems unnecessary when there are countless free news sources available that don't carry the same elitist attitude.
