During my loan application, several red flags made me reconsider. I received a call from a number that didn't match the representative's name, and I could barely understand him. They suggested I deposit money at a store, but when I checked, that store had no affiliation with them and warned me against proceeding. Additionally, the representative became rude when I mentioned I had to return to work. Overall, the experience felt very unsettling.
The process dragged on for nearly a week. I was told everything was going smoothly, but communication was delayed until the end of the day, causing further delays. The whole experience was just as time-consuming as doing it independently, but with less clarity. I was disappointed with unrealistic figures and feel that low-income individuals have no chance, even with a good credit history.
