Repeated Issues with Spoiled Goods

For the fourth time, I received items that were severely spoiled. A bag of potatoes I purchased earlier had liquid rotten material leaking in my cupboard. The local supermarket seems unaware of the importance of selling fresh food. I've never had such issues at other supermarkets nearby. They really need to reassess their practices.

New World Churton Park Experience

A nice, clean, well-lit small supermarket. However, the product range is very limited, and they are often out of stock. It's not a place for your main shopping needs; more like a convenience store but better than some alternatives. The staff seem to struggle with packing groceries, which is quite frustrating, especially after providing feedback multiple times.

Produce Quality Issues

Helpful Staff Made My Day

I shopped at a local supermarket today, and while at the checkout, a lovely staff member assisted me with a long-standing issue. She guided me to the front counter, contacted a representative who was also very helpful. My details were in the system but couldn't be activated due to an inactive temporary card. Thanks to both staff members for their support; they truly made my day.

Quality of Fresh Produce Lacking

I frequent a local supermarket, and perhaps due to its location, the quality of their fresh produce, particularly fruit, is quite poor. It seems we only receive items unfit for export, as many are literally rotting on the shelves. The situation appears to be worsening with each visit, and I might consider switching to another supermarket.

Frustrating Experience with Delivery

My daughter ordered a box of goodies for a special occasion, but when I went to the local supermarket to pick it up, I faced numerous issues. I was directed to a side entrance but received no response after ringing the doorbell multiple times. Each time I returned to the service desk, I was told to go back, but no one was there. Eventually, I requested a refund for the service that was not provided. The staff's explanation for the lack of service was unsatisfactory, leading to a very frustrating experience.

Poor Service at Seafood Department

I went to a local supermarket for my weekly shopping and waited for 10 minutes at the seafood department to get served. Despite pushing the buzzer multiple times, no one came to assist me, and other customers were also waiting. Frustrated, I left without purchasing any fish and opted for another supermarket instead, where I received better service.

Issues with Online Shopping

Always review your online order receipt. I often find items substituted for the same price but with less quantity. This happened again today. It raises concerns about whether it's a policy to increase profit or just poor management of online orders. When I first raised this issue, the online store manager laughed it off, and I can't reach the store manager for further assistance.

Concerns Over Egg Purchase Limit

While I usually prefer this supermarket, I've encountered a frustrating limitation on egg purchases. They only allow two trays of eggs, regardless of size or brand, which seems suspicious and unnecessary. I can buy more eggs elsewhere without issue. This limitation is inconvenient, especially since I consume a significant number of eggs daily. I'm considering ending my delivery subscription due to this restriction.

Unpleasant Encounter Over Missing Scales

When I inquired about the removal of scales in the produce area, I received an unhelpful response from a staff member who seemed uninterested in assisting. After a heated exchange, I was told to leave the store. Following this, I reported the issue to the relevant authorities, who confirmed that scales are legally required. The supermarket owner later apologized, but the scales have yet to be replaced, and I had a problematic online order as a result.
