I wanted to upgrade our Broadway show seats and wasn’t sure how to go about it. I was so very fortunate to get Jacob through an email connection and he showed me the way. I had a few problems along the way, but he was right there to help me and get me to where I needed to be. He was EXCELLENT and I so appreciated all he did. Thanks so much Jacob!!!
