Finnian was amazing!! I got an immediate auto-response (on Sunday) letting me know a human would contact me. I assumed that couldn’t happen until Monday during human business hours. But I got a super-human response instead. Finnian was great—faster than the speed of light and best of all, he corrected my subhuman mistake and procured a refund for me immediately.
