This is the best customer experience I…

This is the best customer experience I ever had, and this is why I am now writing a review for the first time ever. My daughter and I were supposed to come to NYC from Switzerland and I booked theatre tickets (without the insurance surplus, my mistake as our trip seemed to be set in stone). But my daughter had a health issue, and I had to cancel the whole trip to NYC. I was told to put my tickets out for resale and I would receive a voucher, if they resell, which I did. But today I received a completely unexpected mail from PATTY. She somehow saw my situation and I guess she spontaneously decided to help me. She refunded our tickets. Thank you PATTY, you really are the nicest person, you are fantastic <3 !!!

Finnian was so helpful when we desperately needed assistance

To me, it’s not about what happens when everything is perfect but about how a company reacts when things go wrong. We purchased expensive broadway tickets for my 10 yr old son to see Harry Potter on broadway as a belated bday trip. The night before he got violently ill. Initially, I was told nothing could be done. Very promptly, however, Finnian got involved and was able to help us in less than an hour. While they couldn’t refund us, they did give us a credit for the entire cost of the tickets to use for a future show. I promised my son we’d come back when he wasn’t ill, and now this makes it possible.

I purchased tickets to Wicked but…

I purchased tickets to Wicked but mistakenly mistyped my email address. The day before the show when tickets hadn’t arrived I started to panic. After reaching out through the chatbot, Finnish responded, found my tickets and forwarded them to my correct email. All good!

Great customer service

Finnian is a fantastic customer service rep! I purchased tickets for a Broadway show and realized moments later that I had selected the wrong date. Even though I had not purchased the ticket protection service, I was able to chat with Finnian through the web chat right away and he immediately contacted the theater to cancel my purchase. With the voucher code, it was easy to re-purchase tickets for the right date (and this time with ticket protection, bc you never know...). Hugely relieved and satisfied customer here.
