Lucy provided excellent customer service. She was able to quickly identify my transaction and provide a link to correct the purchase I made for the wrong date. No run around, no hassle - now I'm rebooked for the date I need. Much appreciated!
This show provided for a range of emotions. Family heartache, fear, love, loss and hope. The acting was, for the most part, excellent. I thought the lead actor could have enunciated a little better as I lost a quite a bit of words and lyrics. Staging and presentation was magnificent. The actors singing voices were great. I really enjoyed the show and highly recommend it.
Finnian was a wonderful customer service employee. I was very upset with myself for getting our show date mixed up with another show. I am bringing my granddaughter to experience NYC as a belated graduation present due to my necessary mastectomy at the time. I was a high school theater teacher and am so excited to bring her to see the real deal. Thank you for your help!
My college age granddaughter and I had great fun at a Saturday afternoon show. There were 2 families with children in the audience as well. The show appealed to a wide age range. Everyone seemed to be having fun and enjoying the show. This was a very affordable way to enjoy live entertainment. My only complaint is the bathrooms were awful!!!
I had to change date of my Broadway tickets and when trying to do this on the web page it was very difficult. There was only a chat function and I did not get a confirmation of my request even after several attempts. Then i tried to get in contact via the Instagram account chat. There I got a fast response and was re directed to the correct support that helped me to get a voucher so that I could re book by tickets. A special thanks to Alejandra | Customer Experience Representative, who was very kind a supportive, helping me with this request in no time So in summary, very difficult to get in contact via the Web Page but once getting in contact via Instagram chat issue was solved fast
Couldn't be happier with my experience with New York Theater Guide customer service. I had an issue with the seats, and again with the date of our booking. Samantha from the customer experience team responded promptly and helped me both times to get me booked with the right seats and on the right date. Two thumbs up!!!
