I was assisted by both Marika and Jennifer in getting a refund on my CATS tickets due to a complication and they were both so helpful and communicative! I was very stressed due to the holiday and closeness to the show date that I wouldn't be able to get the refund but they helped me feel calm and supported and ensured I knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. They are EXCELLENT!
We had to cancel our order of 4 tickets because 1 person could not go. We had purchased the protection plan. I chatted with Jenny and she was very helpful in helping me cancel the whole order and rebook for 3. I usually hate going the “chat” route but it went very smoothly with Jenny.
My experience seeing Illinoise for the 3rd time was even more emotional than the 1st two. Based on Sufjan Steven's brilliant album, the show tells joyful and heartbreaking stories through the songs and dance (no dialogue). I loved everything about it: the songs, the live band, the choreography, the dancing, the sets, the lighting. Storytelling around a "campfire" while building community and connection creates a container to hold the grief and joy. So special.
I needed to reschedule a performance I had tickets to and the chatbot could not assist me but they put it into the que and I had an email the next morning from Marika, all taken care of with a voucher so that I could purchase tickets for the correct performance. I am very happy with the solution. Thank you!
