I was sceptical about this company at first, as the price was the lowest seen on the web. A friend had convinced me that they were OK as he had brought from them in the past. The Company is UK based as I have spoken to them on the phone concerning my orders, and they are as there name states "Next Day", Just now placed my second order with them another Canon R5 Mark 2. So far very Happy.. So 5 Stars for my 1st experience..
I bought an EOS R8. I would say from the placing of the order till delivery service, I gave them 5 stars. No need to say about the prices which is clear how much you can save but the delivery and support were amazing. I got my order as they claimed one-day delivery.Thank you
I purchased a camera body and lens from NDD; they both arrived in good condition after a few days delay at Royal Mail (which I was warned of and had tracking info). NDD is a small and new to me company, and camera equipment is relatively expensive, so I had concerns and questions; these were addressed by super responsive return phone calls and emails. NDD customer service was professional, polite, patient, and directly addressed my questions during and even after product delivery. I was very happy buying off NDD. The bottom line is this, would I buy from them again? Definitely yes. Thank you NDD. (I have no association with NDD and rarely write reviews, they never asked for a review, I'm happy to support small business when deserved)
Called at 10AM placed order, they called to confirm , email sent and Camera delivered next day as promised , I don't think you could ask for any better service truly amazing , before I buy any other Tech /Cameras I will always check this company out . 100% reputable and nice people to do business with!
Camera was ordered at approximately 11.30am.Placing the online order was super easy. A confirmation email arrived instantly. The parcel arrived at approximately 10am the very next morning.The parcel was nicely and safely packaged. What an amazing service - Fantastic - Thank you.
I ordered a new Canon zoom lens - the price was nearly a third less than the RRP! It arrived the next morning as promised. Also, I had ordered a second lens, but accidentally ordered the wrong type (EF rather than RF) in my haste to complete the order. A customer service guy rang me straight away to ask whether I'd meant to order the EF lens, so I was able to cancel that one and get a refund. So I was therefore very impressed by their attention to detail and customer care.
Very good service. Ordered easily from website and camera arrived the next day as promised. All packed well and included everything that i was expecting. Received a courtesy call later to check it had arrived ok. Just looking forward to using the camera now.
Just taken delivery of a camera from next day deals, the service was amazing I had an issue with my address which I hadn't noticed till I got an email informing me of the problem, which we resolved together and my camera was sent and received the next day.
