The service from is company is incredible and there prices are amazing.Just purchased a canon flashgun 51 pounds cheaper than anyone else.I am already looking at buying a back up camera from them.This is my now first go too site absolutely amazing deffo would give more than five stars
I had not heard of this company previously, but when I was considering upgrading my camera to a Canon R5 Mk2 "Next Day Deal" was by far the cheapest from the search engine. I paid by Paypal as a protection and waited nervously for it to arrive. It was not the next day - but understandably following a bank holiday and a UK snow shut-down it arrived after 4 days. Still pretty amazing. It was in extremely well protected packing. The camera is everything I was expecting, but I did not expect the courtesy phone call to check that it had arrived safely. Overall I have been delighted with the company and have no hesitation in recommending them. I shall be using them again.
I was a little sceptical about ordering a camera for so much money from a place I had not heard of before, but after a little research, they seemed trustworthy. So I placed my order, I was emailed back within minutes saying my order had been received but due to it being Christmas it may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Sure enough four days later my brand new camera arrived in great condition and well protected. I will definitely be using them again.
Really impressed! Even during the busy holiday period, my order arrived really quickly (not next day, but that was to be expected in late December/early January). The price was excellent, and I even got contacted afterwards to make sure everything was okay with my order! I'm a very happy customer!
Their customer service is excellent. I ordered a camera a couple of days before Christmas, I knew that it wouldnt make it before Christmas but they gave me a courtesy call anyway. Once it had arrived I needed to het in contact with the customer support team, they really do offer 24/7 support, I emailed about 9pm and had the problem sorted by 9.30pm. The camera arrived in good time and was very well priced, I cant fault them so far.

Amazing customer service!!The product and the price speak for themselves. This is our second order, my husband earlier in the year and it came next day, myself for a Christmas present, u was updated immediately to inform due to Christmas etc there may be a delay, I was in a panic due to courier delays and I 100% cannot fault. My emails were responded to quickly and even followed up with phone calls. The camera arrived well packed as promised in time. Recommend!! 5star service
