The machine and atachments were of good quality. It holds a good charge and lasts for ages. What has let me down is the extendable handle. It's too weak keeps sliping and is now usless as it has come loose. So have had to tape it in the closed position with gaffer duck tape
after pressure sales I returned the items the following day after received and although the terms of refund say that refund will be within 14 days after they have received the items it has been over 4 weeks since they have received returns and still no refund. The Australian phone number provided to contact is not connected and the process to return goods is arduous. Frustrating.
The whole process was informative, easy to understand and the payment process was fast. However, I didn't receive a confirmation number, nor did I see the final pymt amount charged against my account. That's more important to me than the offers were!!!
As I've aged and my mobility has decreased, I still appreciate cleanliness. I was truly impressed by how effectively it reached into the cracks and crevices, thoroughly cleaning my baseboards. Thank you for providing such an excellent product.
The website lacked clarity regarding the product details. It seemed like it included the whole unit, but it turned out to be just the cone brushes. Once I understood that, the ordering process went smoothly. I didn't really need to view all the other offers before completing my order. I appreciate the product.

The website showcased a 70% discount, leading me to believe the total cost was $162 for both. They also charged $25 per box for brush heads, but it wasn't clear that some were included. Instead, I was billed $162 each, which I only realized when I reviewed my bank statement and noticed the charge twice. Initially, I thought it was an error. I reached out for assistance. What I received was merely a plastic handle with a spinning brush, lacking a handle for the additional brush heads, making it feel like I was cleaning on my hands and knees. For someone on a tight budget, the total cost ended up being nearly $400. When I sought help, I was informed that I would need to cover the return shipping myself. Their proposed “solution” was to offer me two books, which I turned down. The product was advertised as “back-saving,” yet no extender was included. The listing was vague about what was actually included in the base package. One item shipped from one country and the other from another, and even the order dates appeared inconsistent. Overall, I feel deceived and exploited. I cannot afford to return these items, and I truly feel like I have been taken advantage of. This is very disappointing.

Upon reviewing the bill, they blamed me, claiming I had 24 hours to adjust a purchase I never finalized. This feels like a major scam! I wouldn't feel safe visiting their website again. If you do, be cautious of potential malware. This is not a trustworthy company; they seem intent on taking your money by any means necessary.
This product is a complete waste of money. It is extremely weak, unreliable, and poorly constructed. Parts started to fall apart almost right away, and it malfunctioned after just three uses. When I reached out to the support team back in September 2025, they repeatedly promised that a warranty replacement would be sent to the address associated with my order. Now, after following up months later in December, they suddenly claim they 'cannot find my order' in their system. This entire experience has been highly unprofessional and deceptive. I cannot recommend this product or the company.
It would be beneficial if you provided details about what the unit includes instead of encouraging customers to purchase extras post-checkout. This feels quite unprofessional. Why not present the unit along with its contents and optional add-ons all on one page, complete with a running total? Or is there a concern about losing potential sales through transparency?
