I fell for it like many others. I’m sure there’s fine print that tells users what it really is, but if you’re not looking for it, you’re led to believe it’s an online passport application. IT IS NOT. It’s an extremely overpriced service to print documents you could have easily printed yourself (with the exception of the photo, but that’s not expensive or difficult, either). Very scammy.
Shame on me for not being vigilant, but shame on you scumbags for misleading people like that. I wish you all lots of mildly annoying maladies. Not unbearable pain or death, mind you, just bothersome stuff like a bad paper cut. Or a stye that won’t go away. At the very least, a guilty conscience you just can’t shake until one day, you grow up and start doing some good in the world. I have no doubt your mothers didn’t love you (or daddy left or whatever) and I’m sorry for all that, but you can be better than the hand you were dealt.
In summary, you suck. Perhaps it’s not entirely your fault, but it is your responsibility to fix it. That is all.
This is a complete scam, as many others have already pointed out. I have reported this website to Google and requested that it be removed from the top search results. The reason many of us were misled is simple - we trust Google in our daily lives. Without thinking twice, we click the first result because our subconscious mind and habit (“muscle memory”) tell us it must be legitimate. These scammers understand consumer psychology very well and appear to be paying to stay at the top of search results to exploit that trust. There are countless scams online, but this one is particularly concerning because it appears as a top search result for something as important as U.S. passport renewal. That level of visibility gives it an appearance of legitimacy that misleads people into sharing sensitive personal information and paying unnecessary fees. It is alarming that a website like this continues to operate so prominently. I find it difficult to understand how this has not been addressed, given the serious risk it poses to consumers.
I ALMOST FELL FOR THIS SCUM BUSINESS. STUPID GOOGLE ADS ARE PUTTING THIS WEBSITE AT THE TOP. I REALIZED IT WAS A SCAM WHEN I SAW IT COST $183 TO PROCESS THIS DATA I ENTERED. I WAS LIKE WHAT DOESN'T IT COST $130??? BUT I SAW THE $130FEE IS SEPERATE, WTF AM I PAYING 183 FOR??? FOR THEM TO PRINT OUT MY FORM??? I CAN DO THAT MYSELF AT THE LIBRARY FOR $2 SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE
BEWARE!!!! TOTAL SCAM. their website leads you to believe that they process your application and issue your passport. Rather, all they do is take the information you gave them, populate the application, print it and mail it back to you -- for you to then pay the gov't separately to actually process it. They are crafty in that they charge a similar amount than the Dept of State so you think that's what you're actually paying for or that they are a contracted vendor w/ the DOS. Rather, they have no affiliation. Beyond that, they charge $25 for expedited shipping, when really what you get is USPS flat rate envelope, which the USPS charges $12. And to echo the comments of another user, Google adds to the issue by placing them at the top of your 'passport application' searches. DON'T BE FOOLED. GO DIRECT TO THE DEPT OF STATE. SETTLE FOR NOTHING LESS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE WE DID.
A total scam and, when I went through the process of getting a refund, they refused to refund me in the full amount. They may provide a real service, but I do know it is one you don't have to pay a fee for, and that they intentionally make their website look like the real .gov passport website just to trick people.
They do not cancel orders. I canceled my order within 8 minutes after I noticed it was a third-party site with extra fees and a longer wait time. They "mailed" my passport within 3 hours and ignored my cancellation request because it was already mailed
This service is incredibly deceptive and exploits individuals trying to obtain their passports. I believed I was on the official U.S. government passport site, but it turns out this entity is merely a questionable third-party service charging for absolutely no valuable assistance. They send you the same forms you completed online, and then you still have to fill them out again and pay the actual $160 government fee in addition to what they already collected. A complete waste of money. Their website obscures the fact that they are not official, and it seems designed to mislead users. It’s very frustrating that when searching for Passport Renewal, this site is the first one that appears. It's dishonest, ineffective, and predatory. Do yourself a favor — steer clear of this service and stick to the official U.S. passport site.
⭐ (1 star - and only because zero isn't an option)DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. It is designed to look exactly like the official U.S. government passport site. Same questions, same layout, same step-by-step "application" process. I'm a college professor—not a careless person—and I was completely fooled.I was trying to get a passport for my 14-year-old daughter. I searched Google for "United States Passport," this site came up, and I thought I was on a legitimate government website. I completed the entire application only to be charged $183.55 for... wait for it... a PRINTED COPY of a form that is FREE from any Post Office or Travel.State.Gov.That's their business. They trick you into thinking you're applying for a passport, then charge you $183 to mail you a piece of paper worth 30 cents.I tried to cancel within TWO MINUTES. Cancelled my card immediately. Started a chat at 4:59 PM for a 4:57 PM charge. No phone number. No human. Just a bot. They refused my refund claiming they'd already "generated a shipping label"—after hours, after I'd already demanded cancellation. Convenient.I've filed a dispute with my bank and reported them to the FTC. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. If you need a passport, go directly to Travel.State.Gov (the REAL government site) or walk into any Post Office. The forms are FREE. Don't let these scammers steal from your family like they stole from mine.
