Upon checking, it turns out the unicorn isn’t even listed in the store, suggesting they might have just sent a random item as filler. We reached out to customer support several days ago but have yet to receive a response.

I cannot recommend the machines from this seller due to their awful customer service. I purchased a dishwasher from a local retailer, who also provided no assistance for any issues. The dishwasher developed a leaking hose, and after reaching out, I found that the support team is unresponsive. They take ages to reply to emails, and I’ve been waiting weeks for a technician to contact me. I’ve even offered to return the machine for a refund, but no one has responded. I've had a non-functional dishwasher sitting at home for two months and a very frustrating experience overall.
