Disappointing order experience.

We ordered a neck pillow and received several automated emails about shipment and delivery. However, the package was surprisingly small, containing just a single gummy unicorn, even though the label indicated the correct item. Upon checking, it turns out the unicorn isn’t even listed in the store, suggesting they might have just sent a random item as filler. We reached out to customer support several days ago but have yet to receive a response.

Clearly a scam, received something but not what we ordered.

We ordered a neck pillow and were sent multiple automated emails about shipping and delivery. However, the package we received was absurdly small, containing just a tiny gummy unicorn, even though it was labeled correctly. The unicorn isn't listed on the platform, which suggests they might have just thrown in a random item to ship something. We contacted customer support days ago but haven't heard back yet.

Would not recommend, poor customer service.

I cannot recommend the machines from this seller due to their awful customer service. I purchased a dishwasher from a local retailer, who also provided no assistance for any issues. The dishwasher developed a leaking hose, and after reaching out, I found that the support team is unresponsive. They take ages to reply to emails, and I’ve been waiting weeks for a technician to contact me. I’ve even offered to return the machine for a refund, but no one has responded. I've had a non-functional dishwasher sitting at home for two months and a very frustrating experience overall.

Received different items than shown.

I ordered three sets of Pokémon figures, expecting them to be in separate packaging as shown in the pictures. Instead, I got nine loose figures in a plastic bag, which was disappointing since this was meant as a gift, and I had to find my own packaging. When I complained, the response was simply that 'this item has no packaging.' Additionally, the items were shipped from overseas, leading to longer delivery times despite the website suggesting they came from local stock.

Snorlax blanket not as expected.

I ordered a Snorlax blanket, but it looks very different from the pictures. It's quite thin and of poor quality, not worth the price at all. Being in Switzerland, I'm used to paying more for quality, but this feels like cheap overseas merchandise.
