I’ve purchased many Nomatic products over the years, and they have always been stellar. Quality, design, durability, all of it has consistently impressed me. That’s why I keep coming back, and I’m confident this latest purchase will be just as solid.

This time, I needed customer support because my discount code wasn’t working. Blake stepped in and took the time to find a solution that felt fair and workable. I appreciated that he didn’t just give a quick “can’t help” response. He actually worked the problem.

Then, after we had already wrapped up and said our goodbyes, I realized I had ordered the wrong color. I reached back out expecting it might be too late, but Blake immediately locked back in and handled the adjustment without hesitation. No frustration, no delay. Just calm, professional support.

That kind of responsiveness matters. It’s one thing to have great products. It’s another to back them up with great people.

Received a defective item right out of the box. The warranty feels like a game, and there seems to be no genuine effort to assist. I faced multiple rounds of questioning about my proof of purchase, which I had clearly provided. This reveals their true intention to find excuses rather than help. I ordered a $400 bag, and the zipper pulls come right off the zipper. It's almost laughable, and I had expected a high-quality product. Now, I've learned my lesson. Avoid this seller.

I own two bags from this brand, and both have zipper issues. I attempted to reach out to the warranty department since the company claims these products come with a 'lifetime warranty.' However, they refused to assist because the bags were gifts and I don't have the purchase receipts. I do have a registration number, but they didn't accept it and stopped responding to my emails. I strongly advise against purchasing products from this brand!

Mixed feelings on my refurbished order
