Account suspend Issue

Recently, while i was taking a survey on nice survey, i faced a problem. When i reached out to their support team to explain my issue and ask for help, they blocked my account without giving any reason, right after reached $4. This kind of behavior is unexpected and disappointing, especially from company like nice survey, which i believed to be reputable and trustworthy.
