Order issue and inadequate support

I placed an order but received something different from what was advertised. The product delivered was not the expected flavor and wasn't produced in the EU, but rather in South Asia. When I reached out via email, the response was unsatisfactory, and I received no reply to my second email. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

They are very understanding and always reply promptly to emails. The prices for nicotine pouches are the best I've encountered. Buying in bulk gives a discount, making each pot under 3€. I would definitely recommend them.
