I had a very frustrating experience with Nish Hair. I placed an order with them, only to find out days later—after making multiple follow-ups—that there would be a significant 5–6 business day delay due to a company offsite. None of this was communicated at the time of purchase. There was no notice on the website, and no email alert sent proactively.What’s worse is that I was trying to reach out to their team multiple times:I called repeatedly, but the number was unreachable.I sent Instagram DMs and received no reply for days.There is no option on their website to cancel an order even if they’re unable to deliver on time.Due to my travel, I clearly mentioned that no one would be available to receive the package post-Saturday, yet there was no urgency from their side to resolve this. The entire experience has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and far below what one would expect from a brand in the beauty and personal care space.If you're expecting timely delivery, clear communication, or decent customer service — look elsewhere. Truly disappointed.
First time buying from Nishhair, Product was delivered in 3 days and was excited to try it on but really disappointed with the quality of the product. The product I received had really bad smell. It smelled like chemicals and it was painful to use them. It felt like I was using artificial hair extensions which is what was advertised and promoted in the website.Their return policy and customer support is cherry on top. They have 2 week return policy and I have contacted them same day as I received the product and they refuse to let me return the product. Initially they said they can help but after that they've mentioned they can't refund/replace the hair extension. I tried contacting them across all their social media platforms and via phone, They've deleted my comments on instagram and blocked me. Now I'm down 2800 rupees and with a really poor quality extensions. Do not trust this site or the reviews you see from influencers it seems just like marketing gimmick
They need to improve a lot in terms of product quality and support. I've dealt with them after them airing on sharktank and the support that I received was horrendous. I keep contacting them and they don't respond. I ordered wispy clip in bangs and their product quality is not worth at all.
All hype and no quality My sister wedding was in November and I have ordered hair extensions from Nishhair. I got it fairly fast in under 7 days but the problem is that, the quality is not as advertised. I did some research and realized that most of the users have been having really bad experience with the brand. I wish I came across the reviews before the order so that I could have avoided this brand.Everyone realised that Nishhair is bad so it seems that they changed the brand name so that people won't know. I wish they provided better product instead of just doing marketing
Long time customer not satisfied with the product.I've been a customer of Nishhair for 3 years and made 2-3 orders since 2020. Recently I've realized I've been paying a lot for the products and quality that I'm getting. Hair Fiber powder 5gms is whopping 1100 rupees where as others like 1hairstop is selling premium quality of 10grams for 1500 rupees and renee offering product at similar cost(can't comment about the quality as I haven't used them myself)Coming to my recent purchase of donut scrunchies which I bought for my cousin's wedding, it was embarrassing to use this product constantly out of shape, extreme shedding, This was my first use of the product. It seems Nish hair's product quality has fallen off since Shark Tank and people are realizing it. I have suggested your products to all of my friends and everyone has similar opinions now. Whether it be hair topper, patches, donut. More than the product, the customer support is something that I can't get my head around because of how bad I've been treatedNishhair, you've lost a loyal customer
Extremely dissatisfied with the product and the brand.I've been following Parul Gulati and Nish hair on instagram for quite sometime and Bought from Nish hair couple of days and the product got delivered fast. But the quality of the product is really bad. It is made of synthetic hair and shedding even after the first use.Their return policy is really bad too, It feels like I got scammed. Nish hair is a SCAM!DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I made the mistake of buying from them and fully regretted it.The products are really bad, made of artificial hair. Had to follow-up for 8 days just to get an unhappy response. They are not customer oriented.Buy from brands that are made in India and made of actual Human hair(not what Nish hair claims) like "One Hair Stop" or "Happy Heads" instead of Nish Hair.Highly disappointed and would never buy from her again
