The listing included my model however it didnt fit and the description on the box used slightly different language. After some disagreement back and forth they have communicated they will accept the refund without charging a restocking fee and provide a return courier bag.

I will update my review again once the return process has concluded

Purchased a Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra…

Purchased a Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra around 3 months ago. Never owned a rugged phone before so was a little skeptical and curbed my expectations but have been pleasantly surprised. The phone arrived over night and the performance has blown me away. A bit on the heavy side but that makes sense with the rugged nature. Very happy customer so far

Seriously, Don't bother…

The last phone I ordered from them lasted like six months. My coworker and I both got phones from them and both phones ended up with massive issues within the first couple of weeks. Then I ordered another Rugged phone and it took them 3 days to tell me they didn't have it in stock. This company is super lame.

Great products and customer service

After dropping my trusty 4yo Doogee S96 pro and smashing the screen (which I had also bought from NOCO.co.nz), I contacted Allen to see what my might be a good replacement. I outlined my needs and he responded quickly and came back with a few good options including one that wasn't on the website yet as he's just received a shipment that included some new models. I decided to go with the Doogee V max S (one of the new models) and Allen set up a special transaction so that I could order it immediately. It was dispatched that day with tracking and arrived quickly with a NZ fast charger. After owning it for a couple of weeks i'm loving it and am really impressed (again) with the product and service from NOCO.co.nz.

Scam DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It's a SCAM. NOCO will not return my email request for support. Walmart will not allow return on it. It is"Non-eturnable"And the NOCO website will not give you a refund if you bought it at walmart.Plus you have to pay 12 dollars recycling fee if you buy the little battery without an exchangeMOST IMPORTANTLY NOCO says you will void the warranty if you try to charge it with anything other than THEIR chargers.
