5 stars for Nolaras as I found their website easy to navigate until I located the product I chose, which was a pair of anti-scald bowl holders. I was especially pleased that the pricing was in Australian currency rather than American. The actual cost of the product was reasonable as was the cost of freight.
I appreciated the quick turn around from ordering the product to actually receiving it, being only two weeks. Thank you Nolaras.
I found using the anti-scald bowl holders to be amazing. Removing extremely hot trays, plates and bowls from the oven and air fryer was so much easier than previously, and much safer as well.
I would recommend both this product and Nolaras to others. Good quality at an affordable price from a company that puts it's customers first.

I realized after ordering and paying for products and shipping that I wasn't given an expected delivery date, so I emailed the company and asked. They never replied. Several days later, I got a tracking number... for 17Track, and realized this was coming from China. not what they'd have you believe from looking at their website. I ordered on February 10 and my card was charged immediately. They shipped two days later, and I received the product on March 2. That's not what I would describe as "fast shipping", even though their website does.And the product? It sucks. Way overpriced for the cheap quality and low power.On February 25, nearly a week before I even received the product, I received an email asking me to evaluate it. This is that evaluation. In the email, you could select 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 stars. 4 and 5 took you to the Trustpilot site to leave a review. 1, 2, and 3 take you to "Contact us" for the company. You decide what that means. I would have given 3 stars before realizing this sleezy tactic.

I like working with new small companies…

I like working with new small companies to help them get established. The product was a good item. I have an item that was supposed to make adding ingredients to the mixing bowl easy, but just was not good enough. It always spilled ingredients on the counter top. When I saw your item I knew I had to have one of these,

Great drain clearing product!

It took better than 10 days to receive my product, but when it arrived and I had a chance to use it I was impressed by how quickly it worked on a drain that had been giving me problems for at least a month and nothing else worked to clear it,

Since I haven’t received it yet it’s hard to tell anything. Nolaras sent me the email asking for a review. I think they should know when I receive my order but they don’t.

Did not get what I ordered and did not get a response back when I emailed about it.

I have tried emailing several times and even sent a picture of the wrong product that arrived. I ordered three electric trimmers and they sent me three electric grinders. No one from this company has gotten back to me.Jeff Moskowitz
