They represent hassle-free returns and it’s a lie.They chose that language carefully to convince you it would be simple and implant the word “free” in your mind, which it isn’t, you have to pay return shipping. You also have to send numerous emails asking for the return…they then ask for a photo confirming the package is unopened…then they inform you pay for shipping to return…then they say you have to come back and provide shipping details so they can track the return to eventually, hopefully get a return.Not worth your time. Better products and better experience out there.
