If I could rate this lower, I would. Be cautious with this company. They claim to deliver within 3-5 days, but it's been 15 days with no delivery. The responses from customer service are automated, and there's no real support available. The quality of the product seems questionable, especially given the generic replies about returns. They state they are based in Australia, yet the shipment is coming from China! This was meant to be a gift, but I couldn't receive it in time and now want to return it, only to find out that returns must be sent to the US at my expense! This company is a complete joke! How is this even legitimate?

Avoid this site at all costs. They present themselves as UK-based to mislead customers. They promise shipping in 1-2 days or 3-5 days depending on location, but my delivery took 13 days as it was shipped from China. I ordered this as a gift, but it arrived too late. When I requested a return, I was informed there is no UK return address, and I had to send it back to Las Vegas at my own expense.
I ordered a product in July 2024, and there’s still no sign of it. All I receive are template emails stating there are shipping delays. I’ve requested a refund multiple times but receive no response. I suspect this might be a scam. I see they have an address listed in the UK, so I guess that’s where I’ll start!
I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a product for my partner, and after minimal use, it started malfunctioning. I reached out to the company, but they couldn’t provide any warranty. It’s been 5 months, and I’ve sent many emails with no replies after they took my money. Extremely disappointed.
