The experience was great, I like the notifications in response, like the email from the shipping department with a photo of the person packing the item, and the ability to add to the package within the first hour. The follow up email from the owner though was addressed to me, a guy, but with wording saying, “it’s women like you who make this worth it”. I’m buying for my wife but there should be some kind of identification before those emails go out.
I got this for my girlfriend because I was sick not being able to do anything to help her horrible cramps and after all my research this seemed to be the best of its kind! After getting it we plugged it in and it charged up really quick and we BOTH tried it and I think I had it on longer then she did- it’s light and comfy and feels really good she’s excited to try it out! To all the other boyfriends I guarantee you’ll get lots of hugs and kisses for this one hahaha
1. easy to place the order, however, I was finding it difficult to see the difference between Maia for back pain and for periods, which can be improved. 2. Shipments can be processed quicker - i placed the order on Dec 2nd and the product hasn't shipped tull 6th. I think it will not only help clients to receive their products sooner but also project the urgency of getting the products in the hands of consumers quickly. (especially during the holiday season)
The process of choosing and ordering the product was very simple and fast. It is something I look forward when ordering something and this company achieved it. I have been wanting to get it for a while and the advertising finally made me get it. Thanks a lot!! I am appreciative!
I got for my wife and it didn’t meet her expectations. It didn’t get very hot(barely warm) and didn’t really feel the massaging in either of the settings. Website says under product says free shipping and returns but when I went to start the process of getting a refund, they tell me I have to pay for the shipping back to them. I screenshotted the free shipping and returns but they still made me pay for shipping back to them. You can’t call them at all and you have to email to get the refund process going. You also have to submit photos of the original box and working product but they say they won’t offer a refund if it doesn’t meet their standards.
