Review Time
Something big must've happened on y'all's end. I submitted my order on May 11 you guys were silent up until I received my order on June 21, other than an autogenerated email. I assumed I had just been scammed. Thinking I probably won't order from you guys again.
Terrible product experience. I used it maybe 10-15 times, and it completely failed. I sent videos and photos to customer support, but they won’t assist. Instead of helping, they tried to convince me to buy another. Customer service is poor, and the device, when it worked, was weak. Save your money and look elsewhere. This company is not worth it.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered a product for my pregnant partner to arrive on her birthday. A month later, there’s still no product. I requested customer service to contact me multiple times, but they only respond via email. I will never do business with this company again. I recommend avoiding them.
i ordered a product from this company around the 6th of may. Heard nothing back until i emailed them and finally got back to me on the 14th.Got literally nothing from them, not an email, not a confirmation back, nothing after that. So i emailed to cancel my order on the 23rd of may. I got an email on the 19th of June saying my shipment is on its way and still didn't get it until June 27th. Worst company i've ever ordered online from. Not only will I never order again from them I will be spreading the word to friends and reviewing online to never order from them. I don't even care if the product is great or not anymore. Companies like this put the distrust in online ordering. The stupid thing wasn't cheap for what it is either. Amazon from now on where there is some accountability. 7.5 WEEKS! pointless
Having seen online that “product ships in 4-5 days”, I assumed I could order the Tuesday before Mother’s Day and it might arrive on time. What they don’t say is that shipping occurs after FULFILLMENT—which took more than an entire month. The Shopify app had my order status as “order placed” for 36 days, during which time I emailed the company multiple times to see what was up. The first response was barely human, stating that the order had been received and would be shipped. A week or so later I emailed again and received a much more personal response, detailing the issues the company had encountered with their ordering system and guaranteeing that my shipment would go out in 24-48 hours. That didn’t happen, and I emailed a third time to get an update with no response. My fourth and final email (the day before my shipment went out) contained a request for a refund and promise that I’d get a similar product from a different supplier. The next day my item was on the way, with no apology or correspondence from Nomisk. Let’s hope the product quality is better than their customer service.
Seriously disappointed. I ordered my product on 4 June and have not recieved it, nor any replies to my seen insta messages or emails for an update despite taking my money. Whilst anyone would be fustrated in this situation, im even more fustrated knowing the product works (being my 2nd time purchasing after my first one died, I used it daily and it was a life saver!) I just want the product I paid for and ordered!
Very disappointed with nomisk wish I never spent money on their product that I never got and never got a refund for. Every time I ask for a refund back you say it’s processed and I never actually get the money, you have scammed me and I would never spend money with you again.
