Order not received after weeks

I placed an order for a mask in mid-November. Now, at the end of December, I still haven't received it. I reached out to customer service, and they mentioned they would contact the delivery service, but that was two weeks ago, and there's been no update. The product is quite expensive, and they seem to avoid taking responsibility for the missed delivery.
