Review Time
I'm really disappointed. I placed an order for two items on 22nd November, and now it's 5th December. The delivery was promised within 48 hours via tracked service. I've received very little response to my emails, and there's still no update on my items. Meanwhile, £86 has already been charged. When I check the tracking, it shows a shipping company from Sweden instead of the promised service. Additionally, entering my email or phone number indicates there is no parcel.
