DO NOT buy from this company. They are completely non-transparent regarding subscriptions and will charge you significantly more on subsequent orders. I originally purchased a "deal" for a face yoga package, only to have over $100 sneakily withdrawn from my account a month later.
Despite explaining that I never intended to subscribe and had been dealing with a sudden death in my immediate family—leaving me unable to even use the service—they refused to offer any flexibility or a refund. Their business practices are predatory and they lack basic human empathy. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Fraudulent company! Promise of refund of 18 euros if you complete first 28 days in 28 days, NOT TRUE. On top of that they took out another 92 euros without permission. Refusing to refund. Thet obviously do this to lots of customers. I found out they are based in a building in Iceland, where there are lots of fraudulent companies who scam people. Can we do anything about this. Why would this be allowed? The New York Post wrote an article about this building in Reykjavik in 2024. The authorities in Iceland know about it. Why is nothing being done? How can we report or stop them?
Very deceptive in terms of subscription and billing. Having seen bad reviews, I thought I was particularly careful in making sure it was a once off plan.
Suddenly I got notification that a debit order had gone off my account. Emailed Nord and was told " unless you cancel they will continue to bill'.They have cancelled but do not refund. Unethical business.
This is my story which sounds very familiar to many others. I signed up for a month's free trial which cost me $35... I haven't used the trail as yet. After checking my account today, I discovered they have taken $177.45 from my account on the 20th of Jan and a further $164.99 on the 23rd of Jan... just three days later! No correspondence, no product, just a dirty scam.
Stay away people, don't be sucked in by these dishonest people !!!!
I made a one-time purchase, but they claimed I subscribed without my consent, leading to an unauthorized transaction that charged me twice. I currently have an ongoing dispute in hopes of retrieving my funds. This feels like a scam! The service is lacking. Practicing the exercises without any audio makes it difficult to follow along, as if I'm missing crucial guidance. Additionally, I struggle to read the instructions while also attempting the exercises, as I need to wear glasses.
I regret not heeding the warnings before taking advantage of a one-time discounted offer. No refund has been issued, and I keep receiving the same scripted response from the customer service team. Despite finding the workouts engaging, I was blindsided by an automatic monthly subscription that I was never informed about, leading to a significant charge on my bank account without any prior notice. This is unethical and reflects poorly on the company, which feels like a scam. It's disheartening!
Caution - Potential Scam! The app is quite dull and nearly useless! After practicing yoga for 30 years, I found these exercises painfully boring. CANCELLATION IS IMPOSSIBLE! You must email them since there’s no cancellation function in the app - definitely a scam! I would NEVER subscribe again!
