DO NOT BUY! This is a SCAM TRAP. £79.11 was taken from my account without my consent. When I complained, an AI bot replied with the same generic answer. They make the subscription terms intentionally unclear and misleading, with two different numbers on the App Store and the Terms and Conditions. To prove this is a scam, look at the reply to this comment. It will be AI-generated and say the same "We're sorry to hear..." line.
***edited*** Despite asking me to email them, they continue to refuse to reimburse my money. DO NOT sign up to their "deals"...SCAMMER. I signed up for the 1 month trial for £15.80 for Nord Yoga. the small print telling you that you are entering into s subscription is tiny, and yes i should have been more careful. But when I sign up for a month that's what I expect.. I did not receive any notification that advised me that the month was coming to an end, or that I would now have £79.11 taken from my account to give me a chance to cancel the 'subscription' I didn't know I had agreed to! A charge of over 5 times that which I had signed up to. Paypal have refused to refund me as I should have seen the small print. this company should have written to me to keep me updated. I am now trying my credit card company.Scammers. The payment may also show up on your account as Medical Score or Effecto. BEWARE.
UPDATE yes I did contact your support but without success.I purchased their program thinking it was a 4- or 12-week plan, exactly as advertised. At no point during checkout did they clearly state that this was actually a subscription that would automatically renew. Even my order confirmation email shows nothing about an upcoming renewal or subscription status.Only later did I discover a charge I never agreed to. They hide the subscription information in tiny letters, and definitely not in the order confirmation where any honest company would state it clearly. This kind of lack of transparency feels intentionally misleading and comes across as a scam.If a company believes in their product, they don’t need to trick customers with hidden renewals.I would not recommend them to anyone.
Nord Yoga is inflexible. If you paid for a 28 day plan, don't expect to get what you paid for. If you missed a day, you don't get to make it up. You only get to unlock one day at a time. You have to give a written cancelation, or they will automatically charge you for an additional month. There is no refund even if it doesn't work for you. They ask for suggestions to improve or evidence of error, but all they say is sorry.
These people are crooks! I was interested in trying the app for one month. But then they asked me over and over about upsells. My finger slipped and I hit YES to a Lifetime membership for $99. There was absolutely no chance to back up, and they already had my credit card to charge the one-month fee. I've written to customer service twice - once to try and cancel the lifetime membership (they said they have a no-return policy and made that clear to me, which is a lie) - and then to get a refund on the monthly charge. They said that there is no refund for that either. Seems logical to me that if you said Yes to Lifetime, you wouldn't have to pay for the first month! All that and the app is only so-so. Definitely not worth the $130 I have now paid for it! I should have checked reviews here first! THERE ARE SO MANY OF THESE APPS OUT THERE NOW ON FACEBOOK AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE HAD A PROBLEM. No more! - Update: do not be fooled by the pleasant reply below. I supplied a complete record of our correspondence and they just acted dumb and said they have a no-refund policy! I'm not sure I ever even dealt with a real person. Appeared to all be just Ai generated canned responses. Soul-less organization.
UPDATE: The company requested additional information and still said nothing can be done. The $105.94 charge remains!! DO NOT fall for their advertising and know the product is NOT valuable!!! I would also rate lower if possible!! You can get better guidance on YouTube for free. And even though you sign up for and pay for one month this company does an auto renewal and after 4 weeks charges your account $105.94!! When contacted they pretty much say sucks to be you!! Do NOT fall for this scam and avoid this company at all costs
As others have said. Beware. I signed up on 15 October for a trial. Which if I completed for 30 days would be reimbursed. I did not complete it as I have been unwell. Today I was charged £79.11 without warning, and not what I signed up for. The maximum should have been 15. 80 as I had not completed the course. The monies have been taken in less than a month. I too have been refused a refund, stating this is what I signs up for. I have gone through all my emails and I do not believe this is the case. Do not sign up. i have contacted them repeatedly to no avail
Nord Yoga will cost you dearly. Beware!I came across this company on Facebook. I gave my details thinking it was just a months trial and paid a £15.18. I wasn't well at the time and hoped it would give me a boost but as poorly haven't even used the app following that day forgetting all about it . Today I was shocked to see that £79.11 has been taken from my account without any advance notice. I've contacted Nord Yoga repeatedly through the day and they have declined to give me a refund saying that I agreed the a subscription in the small print and have access to the app til December. I surely should have been notified in advance. Stay well clear of this company.
