I would rate this less than 1 star. The initial cost was low and appropriate for the app and then they charge you $105 and the exercises are guaranteed to help and do nothing. I was just charged today and they offer no refunds. My bad for. It researching this bogus company. They replied to email them to help but I did email them and they said our policy is absolutely no refunds.
An absolute con of a company. Paid for what I thought was a 28 day course. But they auto renewed after this and took £79.11 from my card. When I asked for a refund they refer you to their Terms & Conditions, which are very lengthy. To take this money from a 75 year old pendioner is theft in my book.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Shocking auto renewal situation.WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS FIRST.
I signed up for a 4 week trial period in August, and just a few days in I knew I didn’t want to continue. I trawled the site to check if there was an auto-renew and found nothing so didn’t worry. Today I found a charge for £79.11 for October. I disputed the charge but Nord Yoga won’t budge. My monthly gym membership is way less than this! Don’t sign up. They just want to catch you out.
I signed up for a trial- forgot to cancel. The app is awful. it cost me $105!!!! Who charges that much for an app? They are just robbers. Run away.Also, they will send you a reply that says to email them, but I emailed them before I submitted the review. The told me no refunds. So don't believe the replies. And now, they discontinued my access to the app but kept the $105. These people are just plain crooks. Run away!
I signed up for a 28 day challenge after advertising stated that if I completed the challenge everyday I would get a full refund. My reason for signing up was to improve the look of my face so the refund was an added bonus. I took pictures most days and after the 28 days there was no improvement in my skin. I contacted the company and was told they didn’t offer refunds so I send screenshots of the advertisement. They said this was a shock to them! I have continued to email them but seem to get a automated response regarding subscriptions etc. I would not recommend this app and customer service is shocking. Save your money!
I signed up for a one month trial with Nord Yoga at a cost of £15.80 in September. The only communication I had with the company was via the app. After trying the facial yoga everyday for 4 weeks I noticed no benefits so decided not to continue. Without any notification I was charged £79.11 in October and November. I was not informed that my subscription had been renewed and would certainly have cancelled immediately if I had known I was being charged this amount for a product I did not want. I contacted the company, Medical Score, today, as soon as I saw the payments had been taken from my PayPal account to ask for a refund. I received an email refusing a refund. This company is deliberately misleading people into making unintentional payments. There is no way of contacting them via their App to cancel subscriptions and no way of even knowing you have a subscription. I have contacted NordYoga on the email they supplied in their automated response to my Trust Pilot review. I gave them all the details they requested and they have still refused a refund. They have £160.22 of payments from me for a product I did not request. The automatic subscription renewal is deliberately buried in extremely small print when you sign up for the one month plan at a cost of £15.80. Subsequent plans cost 4 times the original cost. No one would knowingly sign up for this. It is a scam. Be warned.
