Nadja from Customer Service was excellent. She helped me with all my needs. I had to wait for a long time on the phone though before I managed to get help but once I got it, Nadja was very helpful and knowledgeable. If not for the long waiting time, I would have rated Northmill a five star.

Worst experience with a loan received from a bank ever

I am a customer of Northmill bank in Norway. I have been calling them for hours almost every second day, without anyone picking up the phone.This is a situation for almost 3 months now and literally no one seems to be able to answer customers calls.The number which is displayed in the e-factura, is only for demonstration purposes.

Worst creditcard company ever

Worst creditcard company ever. Will be cancelling my card and accounts. They have cutoff dates that are very early each month for payments meaning that you´re always late and they then charge 250 sek for a late payment even though everything is automated, talk about taking advantage of their customers and the interest rate is extremly high compared to their competitors. Trash service!
