This appears to be a hopeless bank to me. I thought it was a credit card when I subscribed. I added my account for direct debit in case I need to pay for money spent on the card. To my surprise, 50000 was deposited into my account about two weeks ago. I have been trying to contact them on the phone for weeks, but they do not pick up their calls. Yesterday, I was sent an email saying there was complimentary insurance for one month, after which it will continue unless you cancel it. I tried to send them chat using their bot. i was referred instead to sending an email for cancellation, which I have done. Hopefully, they reply. But something seriously feels off about this bank and their products. I sincerely want to return their money and cancel this contract. They have quickly sent me an invoice of 1400 kr to be paid in the next 4 days. When did I choose this option? How long will this be for? Is this some joke????
Their account credit and their loan collection service are good. No problems with those, they kept all the promisesWhat brings the stars down to 1 is their worthless "IncomeProtectionFee" that you are forced to take since there is no option to opt out while signing the documents. Almost 600 SEK just for these every month.The option to "cancel" it is hidden in the app and once you click the button... "Please call customer service to cancel" Then you do and you get a phone queue longer than Vattenfalls 500 people in front of you one. We have better things to do in life than sit in hour long phone queues so please just implement the option to cancel this BNP Paribas garbage straight from the app even if an extra BankID signing is required.
I signed up for Northmill’s point-of-sale system because I was told it would support my business. From the very first day it has not worked properly – constant crashes, frozen screens, and failed transactions right in front of my customers.I contacted support many times. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told it must be my internet connection, even though I tested it on multiple networks and other systems work perfectly. Months later, the system is still unusable, yet I continue to be charged every month.When I asked to cancel the agreement, I was told I could not. I also requested records of my support calls and reports so I could show what went wrong, but Northmill has not provided them.As a small business owner, this has been extremely costly and stressful. I cannot recommend Northmill to anyone — their POS solution failed from day one, and their response has been to continue billing without delivering a working product.
Stay well away from these crooks. Unwarranted charges taken and customer service consists of repeatedly waiting 30 - 45 mins in a queue to speak to an advisor only for them to cut the call after 2 mins of explaining the problem. This was not a one off it is policy as I later got confirmed by an employee.
